Billing Date Change

DS&O is changing everyone’s billing and due dates beginning with the July billing.  DS&O is combining the billing periods into one to improve efficiencies and accuracy in financial reporting. 

DS&O mailed a letter highlighting this change with your May billing.  The letter stated that the schedule beginning with your July billing will be as follows:

All DS&O meters will be read on the 1st day of each month.  Bills will be processed and mailed on or about the 5th of each month.  Commercial accounts will be due on the 20th of each month while residential accounts will be due on the 25th of each month.  Commercial accounts will be considered delinquent 15 days after the date of the billing while residential accounts will be considered delinquent 20 days after the date of the billing.

For those members who choose to pay via ACH transactions, the withdrawal will occur on the 25th, beginning in July.
