Pay By Phone

To pay your bill by phone call 1-800-376-3533. You can use your checking account or a valid Visa or MasterCard. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Direct Withdrawal

Tired of having to remember to pay your electric bill every month? DS&O Electric offers a convenient alternative. You can make your payment automatically by signing up for Direct Withdrawal. You will receive a statement each month from DS&O Electric to let you know how much your bill is, so you can record the amount in your checkbook.

Traditional Mail

Your monthly bill from DS&O Electric may be paid by mail, return envelopes are included with your monthly billing statements. If you are mailing a check without the return envelope please mail to: P.O. Box 286, Solomon, KS 67480. Be sure to include the name of the account to be paid and account number. If this information is not included it could delay the processing of your payment.

Pay In Person

Payments may be made in person at the DS&O office nearest you. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. For our member's convenience, a drop box is located next to the main entrance. CLICK HERE to find the location nearest you.

Average Billing Plan

The purpose of this plan is to average the member's monthly service bill based upon their previous (12) months of consumption. The Average Billing Plan DOES bill the member for actual consumption.

The Average Billing Plan is available to any member of the Cooperative that receives service under the Rate Schedule "Domestic Service". To be eligible, the member must submit a written request and agree to be billed using the conditions of the plan. Members must have accumulated a twelve (12) month historical record of normal electric consumption at the present location. Finally the member's account MUST be current.

Prepaid MeteringPrepay IHD

Prepay is an innovative solution for members who no longer want to wait until the end of the month to find out how much they owe.  Now – all day, any day – you can know your electric consumption through an in-home display.  Prepaid electric services can help you be more energy efficient.  Whether that means you turn the thermostat up while you are at work or unplug electrical devices while not in use, you are able to affect your electric consumption and see results.  By knowing how much energy you and your family are consuming, you can better budget your electric prepayments.
