Capital Credits
To specify the parameters of DSO’s capital credit allocation and retirement programs, including what is to be allocated and paid to members, and when it is to be allocated and paid.
Information Requests
To specify what information shall/shall not be provided to members and non-members upon request.
Addressing Member Concerns
To specify a procedure for members to address staff and/or the board with concerns.
Energy Efficiency & Conservation
To specify how energy efficiency and conservation shall be addressed by DSO, including what DSO shall do regarding its own energy use, and what DSO shall offer its members and employees in terms of energy efficiency and conservation programs and education.
Compensation to Members Serving on Committees
To establish the daily fee and reimbursement for travel expenses to be paid to DSO members serving on committees established by the board.
Damage to DS&O's Services or Property
To specify whether DSO shall repair or replace a member’s outside service wiring, how service charges shall be billed to the member, and how DSO shall handle situations when a member’s or non-member’s equipment or vehicle cause damage to DSO’s property or electrical service provided by DSO.
Planned Electrical Outages
To specify the process and procedures DSO shall use to notify members of a planned electrical outage (“outage”).
