DSO supports local, non-profit and cooperative organizations that are working to increase the health of the community and/or the environment.

Funds are limited, therefore DSO is not able to grant every request. Please look over the donation philosophy and guidelines below, then use the application form to provide information about your group and its donation needs.

DONATION GUIDELINES

• Donation request must be made at least ten days before donation is needed, but earlier is better.
• Please use the form below or submit your request in writing on your organization's letterhead. Please include the organization's address, phone number, email, and contact person.
• Be specific in your request.
• Priority is given to organizations that are local.
• Priority is given to organizations that support DSO.

In exchange for the donation/sponsorship, please use DSO's logo in your publicity for the event. The logo must not be manipulated or distorted in any form, except proportionately scaling it down. Contact DSO with any questions or if you need a larger image file, otherwise the logo is available for download.
